By using the Audit data you can get a detailed information of the values that were changed and what they were changed to, all in one place.
Go to Products > All Products > Audit
You can also use the filtering options and sort the data by User, Date, Attributes, etc. and find the changes you’re looking for much quicker. You can also use this as your Usage Reporting tool to check what edits were done per user and track their progress/steps.
You also have the option to Export the data. In the following example I have used the Filter to only show me data that was modified during August 2022, I have expanded my view to show me 300 results per page, I have selected the first page and I’m ready to click Export, pull my information and share it with a colleague for further review for example.
I have then ticked the box to confirm the email I want the spreadsheet sent to and by clicking Export.
