You can sync to your BigCommerce store either by clicking on the “Proceed to Sync” button in the top right corner or by going to “Publish” in the channel settings. Follow these steps to start the sync process:

(1) Generate a sync delta by clicking on the Identify Deltas button. A delta is a collection of changes since the last sync. In the case of a first sync a delta is the entire data contained within the channel.

(2) Wait for a few seconds for the status of the sync to change from Generating to Generated. Use the ”Refresh” button to check on the sync status.

(3) Once the status changes to Generated, click on the “Sync” button

(4) The status of the process will change to Queued, Syncing and finally Synced to show the process is completed. Use the refresh button to get a status update.

At the end of the sync process head over to the Products tab to review the validation and errors. Successfully synced products will be shown in green, and any errors will be listed in red. You can select all errors from a specific type to see the corresponding product and the error message associated with it.
