1. Bulk Export:
   
   Click on master category and click Cart
   
   
   Click Add items from category then "Export items"
   
   
   Bring item fields with the data that you want to move
   
   
   
    Click "Export"
   Verify that total items exported matches with the total items in database by going to "Projects" in the tool bar and looking in the lower right and making sure the number matches with the number of rows in your excel file.

2. Field name changes:
   In excel, Change column headers from the original field to the field name that you want to move the data

   For all numeric  fields, select the whole column then, in the "General" dropdown, select "text" this ensures that all the data imports properly.

   Select all the data and under the "Data" toolbar, select "Sort" and sort by Item number values in "A to Z" order, select "Sort anything that looks like a number as a number"
   
   
   Next click the "Remove duplicates" button and only select the Item number column.  
   
   Next click on the "Advanced" icon then, select the "Unique records only" check box
   
   
   Save as tab delimited text
   
   
   
   Open text file and delete empty rows if any
   
   
3. Import:
   In the Catsy database, go to “TOOLS” -> “Import Content”

   Choose item import and choose your file

   In the validation text box, make sure the the "Total items processed is the same as total items. Click "Import"
