  1. Click the avatar on the top right to bring up the dropdown and click “Settings”

  2. Click “Roles” in the administration menu on the left and then click “Add”

  3. In the “Add New Role” window:
    (a) Input a name for the new role
    (b) Select the role type
    (c) Provide a description of the new role
    (d) Select the field access
    (e) Select the asset type access
    (f) Check the “Active” box and click “Save”

  4. Your new role is now created and ready to be assigned to your users.
