Pulling Data Into InDesign

Follow these instructions for a one time set up of your data panel. 

1. Create an EasyCatalog XML data panel
   
   
   
   
2. Name your data panel and select URL for the source. 
   
   
   
   
3.  Paste the URL from Catsy and click "Retrieve"
   
   
   
   
4. Select "/items/item" from the Examples dropdown and click "Evaluate". The number that appears ('12') will be the number of items in your Catsy channel.  
   
   
   
   
5.  Click "New". This will pull in all your attributes from Catsy. And then click "Yes".
   
   
   
   
6.  Double click on your unique identifier (number, SKU, UPC, etc.), select "Key" and then "OK". 
   
   
   
   
7.  Click "OK" to finish creating your data panel.
