ORGANIZATION SETUP

What are Organizations?
Organizations are Suppliers and brands that make the products you are selling.

To set up organization images:

1. Log into Catsy
2. Navigate to TOOLS → Accounts
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the ellipsis (...) button on the right
4. Click "Image Types" 
   
   
   
   
5. If your Supplier images have a prefix in the naming convention type the prefix in the "Prefix" text box
   
   
   
   
6. Choose weather your supplier images are named as [Supplier Name], [supplier number] or, [Supplier code] from the field dropdown
   
   
   
   
7. If your files have a suffix in them such as  [supplier number]_1, type the suffix in the suffix textbox
   
   
8. Choose the file extension of your images in the "Extension" dropdown
   
9. Click the "active" check box
10. If you have multiple supplier images repeat steps 5-9 with the correct prefix or suffix setup to make the file name unique from the original.
11. Click save
    
    
    
    

To Add new suppliers:

1. Log into Catsy
2. Navigate to TOOLS → Accounts
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Add Account"
   
   
   
4. Enter the Supplier Name
5. Enter the Supplier Number
6. Enter the Supplier code
7. Enter a description of the supplier (optional)
8. Click Save
