- Open InDesign template
"Save as - " the template file so you can reuse it Click “save as” to save a duplicate of the file in your preferred location. (It is not possible to undo a spray so a duplicate keeps the original intact)
- Navigate to Catsy → Login on the top tool bar
- Click login
- Navigate to the "Select Category or event" tab
- Select the event
- Select the category you want to spray
- click save
- Navigate to the content Sprayer
- Select the category you want to spray
- On the document, select all tags EXCEPT the advanced table using the selection tool (V, Escape)
- Select the family
- Click spray
- select the table tagframe
- Click the "Lists and Tables" button
- Choose the table you want to spray
- Click spray
- To resize the table to fit on the page Click the Type tool from the left hand tool bar or hit (T) key on your keyboard
resize table columns widths - Drag the Vertical column lines to fit on the table onto the page
