Spraying a premade template

  1. Open InDesign template



  2. Click “save as” to save a duplicate of the file in your preferred location. (It is not possible to undo a spray so a duplicate keeps the original intact)



  3. Navigate to Catsy → Login on the top tool bar

  4. Click login
  5. Navigate to the "Select Category or event" tab



  6. Select the event



  7. Select the category you want to spray
  8. click save



  9. Navigate to the content Sprayer

  10. Select the category you want to spray



  11. On the document, select all tags EXCEPT the advanced table using the selection tool (V, Escape)


  12. Select the family 



  13. Click spray
  14. select the table frame
  15. Click the "Lists and Tables" button



  16. Choose the table you want to spray
  17. Click spray



  18. To resize the table to fit on the page Click the Type tool from the left hand tool bar or hit (T) key on your keyboard



  19. Drag the Vertical column lines to fit the table onto the page

  20. Repeat steps 16-19 for the other table(s)
