Digital Catalogs are a great way to share your product information with other employees or businesses.
Catsy channels feature allows you to send a digital catalog to any necessary parties.

This is the initial view of your digital catalog that will be seen by any user listed under the “Gated Viewer” role.

When the user clicks into a product they will see your product data but they will not be able to make any edits.

Setting Up Digital Catalogs

  1. From the dashboard click “Products”

2. Select all the products you would like to add to your new collection
Click the button with the 3 vertical dots to bring up the window where you will select “Add to Collection”

3. This window allows you to either add your products to a current collection or create an entirely new collection.

Give your new collection a name and click next.

4. This window is where you will assign the attributes that will be visible to your gated viewer users.

5. Now you will decide which users will have access to your collection

6. Your new collection is now created.

By clicking “More” you will have access to:
Settings & Security - Edit general information, visible attributes, and user access.
Delete - Delete channel
View Gated Viewer - See a preview of what a Gated Viewer user would see.
View Open Viewer - See a preview of what an Open Viewer user would see.
Export Products - Get and export of all products in your channel

7. By clicking the share button you will be provided a link to your collection that you can share
