Connect your store to Catsy

Create a custom Catsy application in your BigCommerce store

To establish integration between Catsy DAM / PIM and BigCommerce, we need to connect the two systems. Please follow the below steps to create Catsy Application in the store as a “Custom App”

(1) Go to Settings

(2) Scroll down and click on API Accounts

(3) Click on Create API Account and select the fields you want to update with the Catsy Sync - choose Modify for Content, Marketing and Products. Save the account

(4) Save the API credentials displayed on the screen

(5) If you are using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge a text file containing the API token and Client ID should have been downloaded to your computer. It contains the API credentials as well.
