Attaching Assets to Products

Attaching Images to Items / Products

1. Log in to Catsy.

2. Navigate to “Products“
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Find the item you want to attach images to.

4. Click on the item name or number to open the item detail page.

5. Navigate to a digital asset attribute

   1. If you do not see a digital asset attribute you can add one to an attribute group by selecting "Add Attribute"

6. Click on the image placeholder, you will see that “+Add Value“ appears on the Main Image’s attribute field, this will open the “Upload Asset or Link to an Existing Asset“ menu
   
   

    

    

7. Select the image you want to attach. (You can also upload your image by using the "Upload" feature)
   
   

    

    

    

8. Choose the File Name of the Asset from “Select From DAM“, “Upload “or “Attach URLs“. Save your selection and images are now attached to your products.
   
   
   

    

    

    

9. Images that have already been uploaded to Catsy can be attached to a product using product imports as well.
   On your attribute template locate the imaging attributes for the specific products you want to edit and populate them with the file names of the images that are associated with them.
   
   Header Attributes
   Main Image, Item ID, Image 1, Image 2, etc.
