Exporting Items

This guide will walk you through exporting items and all related attribute data. 

1. From the Catsy dashboard click on Products
   
   

   Open

   

    

    

2. Select the products you want to export 
   
   

   Open

   

    

    

    

   
   For more selection options, including “Select All Products”, click the arrow next to the checkbox column header, and choose an option.
   
   

    

3. Select “Export” to bring up the attribute selection window.

    

    

4. Enter the email address which you would like the export to be sent to. Next, select all the attributes that you will want on your exported spreadsheet. Then, choose the format in which you’d like digital assets delivered. Finally, click Export.
   
   

    

   
   **Note: Exports with over 1,000 products or exports containing Digital Asset Thumbnails or Zipped Files must be executed asynchronously. The corresponding data will be sent to the email provided in the screenshot above. Export status and available export files for at least the last 50 jobs can be seen in the Import/Export Jobs section of Catsy.
