Bulk Update Products

Use this feature to bulk update items without the need to import a file.

1. From the Catsy dashboard, click on Products

2. Click on “Select attributes" to select which attributes you want to bulk update.

3. Select the attributes you want to bulk update by selecting them and using the middle navigation arrows to move them to the right section. Then select "Close". 
   Ex: Brand Name
   
   

   
    

4. Select the items you want to bulk update and click the red forklift button to bring up the side panel.
   
   
   

    

   
   
   
   

5. Select the dropdown underneath the attribute you have chosen and click "Replace existing value with..."
   
   
   

    

6. Type in the value you want the attributes to have and click "Update"
   
   When you click "Update", you’ll see two options Parents Only or Parents & Variants
   For example,

   If the values that you're updating are the same for the Product Parents and their Variants you can select Parents & Variants so they can be updated together. If the values that you're trying to bulk update should only apply to Parent Products then you can select Parents Only and the change will only apply to the Parent products.
   
   

    

   
   
   
   

7. Now you can see the new value updated in the chosen attribute.
