Parent Only Attribute Feature

*Parent Only: The "Parent Only" toggle is intended to allow for family-wide updates at the parent level. When the Parent-Only toggle is turned on, whatever changes are made at the parent cascade down to the child. This functionality allows for easier large-scale updates from a single source.
