Add Items to a Family/Parent Items

  1. Navigate to the category  where you want to add the Items to.
  2. Click on the family/parent item you want to add items to and click on the "Lists/Tables" tab
    2(A) If you do not already have a list or table create, click "new List/Table"


    2(B) Enter in the new List/table name, type of list and template if required.
  3. enter in the Item number you want to add
  4. Click on "Add to list"
  5. Alternatively, you can bulk add items by clicking "Insert Item" 
  6. If you do not know the Item numbers you want to move into the family, select "Browse items" 

  7. Search the categories to find the item(s) you want to add
  8. Check the boxes next to the items you want then click continue

  9. If you know the item numbers, select "input items"


  10. Write/paste the item numbers you want to add to the families. Put each item number on a separate line. Click continue when finished



  11. Click "Manage fields."


  12. Select fields you wish to display
  13. Click save
