Creating Item assets

  1. Log into Catsy
  2. Navigate to "TOOLS" → "Manage Fields"



  3. Click on "Item Asset Types" tab on the left
  4. Click on "New" button



  5. Select type of Asset 



  6. Name the Asset
  7. Create a formula by using [Attribute name]. file extension (i.e .jpg, .tiff, .pdf)



  8. If it is an image, select if you want this image to be the thumbnail image.
  9. If this asset is web based like a youtube video, check the "URL" check box


  10. Click next  
  11. Click save
