Creating Global Fields

Global fields are item attributes that are shared for all items.

To create them:

1. Select  the "TOOLS" drop down from the toolbar up top and select "Manage Fields"
   
   
   
2.  Make sure the "Item Fields" tab is selected and then click the "New" button on the upper right hand side.
    
3. Type in the proposed field name, and fill out the options depending on your preferences & needs and click "Next". Once all options have been changed changed to your liking, click save.
